At the heart of the port, we find the Palais des Festivals and Congresses. Its famous red carpet welcomes every year the gratin of world cinema.
Cannes is also a sandy beach lined with restaurants. A varied cuisine and tasty cocktails are available from May to September.

3.14 has become one of the best paillotes around Cannes over the years. Why? Located in the heart of the beach along the Croisette, its atmosphere conducive to well-being and relaxation explains it in part.
Free entertainment planned throughout the summer season (yoga, aquafitness) but also the carefully selected playlist also contribute. But also and above all the meal formulas that favor quality to quantity. Here, the map only includes few dishes... But all are fresh.
To begin with, go and order at the friendly bartender a cocktail of his creation. Then taste the dishes prepared by chefs Bruno Laplace and Frédéric Nortier, whose modern and refined cuisine is no longer to defend.
Finally, Pastry Chef Olivia Kekou will treat you with her delicious exotic or classic desserts. What a treat! Everything sublimated by the view of the Lérins Islands and, in the evening, by a grandiose sunset. Pretty cool, right?

- ⏱ _ Opening hours: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- ✱ The plus of the paillote: high-end map
The Festival Beach is a mythical place created by the advertising artist Jean Mineur. It takes place in the heart of the Croisette: to find it, it is simple, it is located at the foot of the sumptuous Carlton hotel. It is one of the best paillotes around Cannes, and the most luxurious, too.
It features a bioclimatic pergola that regulates the ambient temperature and protects the customers of the sun and weather. The clear and refined decoration highlights the Mediterranean and refined cuisine of chef François Vadala.
On the menu? Beef coast of Salers roasted then smoked with rosemary, calamars with chorizo and confit artichokes as well as the succulent salad of the Riviera, which is part of the musts.
Wanderlix has for its part cracked for the snacking card to taste the feet in the water. On your transat, you can order a pavlova way melba fishing. A tapenade with a glass of rosé from the region will help to fill the small hollows!
Our advice? Book long in advance: the place is very frequent during the summer season. But what a benefit!

Among the best paillotes around Cannes, Waikiki stands out for its casual side. This establishment offers a quality service at frankly reasonable prices for the region.
The private beach stands out by the space between the decks: here, we didn’t have one on each other and it’s very appreciable. For the rest, what to say? After you have booked, you will have the opportunity to admire the Grande Bleue by taking you on your long chair.
The bartender will concoct you a sumptuous Piña Colada or its alcohol-free equivalent, a Virgin Colada. This one is just as tasty and can even be enjoyed by the smaller ones!
On the restaurant side, you will turn to a mix of grilled fish or an extra-fresh salmon tartar. Waikiki salad with shrimp and octopus can precede the succulent sauce with pepper billed 25€ only . And the chocolate mousse, a pure slaughter, will finish calving the most greedy of you.
Waikiki is aimed at a more varied clientele than the other pebbles in the region due to its outstanding value for money. Low hat!

To finish our list of the best paillotes around Cannes we couldn't miss the Maëma. Located on the beach of Midi, close to the eponymous boulevard, there is an exceptional view of the sea and the massif of Estérel.
The service is the most neat, worthy of the hupped restaurants of the French Riviera, but the feet in the water. Very good dishes, fresh and tasteful, are offered at a very reasonable price given the beauty of the place. We especially recommend that you open your appetite by ordering one of the bottles of rosé -local- selected by the house.
Your stomach is starving? So don’t hesitate, enjoy the seafood prepared by a passionate cooking team. We recommend gambas or wolf net with its crushed potato.
A board of cheeses to share will beautifully sign this delicious meal. The Maëma, excited and far from the Croisette, offers lunch and dinner in a quiet distance from the summer frenzy winning the city of stars. Go ahead, it’s a must!
