1. The Saisies
For your starting point, you can choose without hesitation the Saisies station. Its field has been small to small as the place where mountain biking in the Alps! It gathers 13 tracks of all levels for more than 140 kilometers of itineraries, all served by ski lifts facilitating your escapades. 2. The Gets

3. Les 2 Alpes
Nestled in the magnificent Ecrins massif, the 2 Alpes station offers one of the most comprehensive mountain bike areas in France! Its 90 kilometers of descent spread over 21 tracks will cross different alpine floors. The highest one brings you closer to the glaciers. The more you descend, the closer you will to the forests of pines, fir trees and lezes. Well worked and well marked, the tracks will satisfy all practitioners. Experienced freeriders will thus be able to start in the descent of Venosc: 3 kilometers for 830 meters of negative denivelé: from what to get great sensations! Fans will be able to start the trails with a modest denivelé of the White Valley and Pied Moutet. 4. Serre-Chevalier
Located on the edge of the Écrins National Park, Serre Chevalier Station is all new in the middle. However, the station did not slow down on the means and quickly established itself as the reference for mountain bikes in the forest! These routes evolve between alpages (30%) and forests of Melèzes (70%). Today with more than 20 tracks, its offer is complete. She thus satisfied fans of all disciplines (Enduro, BMX, dirt, downhill). Undoubtedly, Serre Chevalier is one of the best mountain bike locations in the Alps. 5. Villard de Lans
Located in the Préalpes, the Vercors massif is one of the favorite playgrounds of freeriders and veterans. With its ridges, gorges, cliffs and vaux, it is a wonderful place to mountain bike in the Alps. A spearhead of the massif, Villard de Lans has become a must-see for the practitioners. Nestled on the Vercors Plateau, its bikepark is one of the first areas to open each season (June 1st). Every year, the Green Bike Festival – France's largest mountain bike gathering – launches the summer season in the resort. Although it may seem less equipped than its alpine neighbours, the Villard de Lans estate still houses six descent tracks. You will also find an enduro space of five routes. The offer offers a great deal to satisfy experienced practitioners, beginners or families on holiday!
6. Tignes / Val d’Isère
Connected by the Borsat chairlift and free shuttles with trailers, the Tignes and Val d’Isère estates together form an exceptional bike park. With nearly 150 kilometers of mountain bike trails, you'll have something to enjoy during your stay. The trails are accessible at all levels. They open between 29 June and 1 September. The connected bike park of Tignes – Val d’Isère has given itself the goal of offering the best mountain bike experience to its visitors: come and enjoy it! Especially since the two stations are ideally located in the Vanoise massif, allowing you to access some of the most beautiful mountain bike hikes in France!
7. Auron
In the heart of the National Park Mercantour , in the Southern Alps, the small Auron and Saint-Étienne de Tinée station has some advantages to seduce beginners as experienced. With its 50 kilometers of descents and 17 circuits for 1200 meters of elevation, this domain adapts to all levels. But above all, it is a great starting point to discover the region. Because of the undeniable sporting aspect of the resort is added the incredible natural setting of the Mercantour, probably the most wild national park in France. You can discover the landscapes and wonders throughout the 600 kilometers of well-kept and marked trails of the national park.
