1. Camping Parc Saint Sauvayre

Close to the Gorges de l’Ardèche and Caverne du Pont d’Arc, this property covers about 9 hectares. Of the fifty shaded pitches, there are thirteen mobile homes and five toiled bungalows. For the smaller ones, a paddling pool is located not far from the pool of the big ones... but everyone will meet in front of the restaurant-snack for a gourmet break before exploring the surrounding area.

2. The Dourbie

In the Dourbie Valley, the eponymous campsite has 77 pitches. It also offers 16 mobile homes as well as two very comfortable cabins. 5. Le Pont

It’s just at the entrance Gorges du Tarn that we discovered this beautiful campsite in the Cevennes. We don’t miss anything: 100 m2 pitches, a grocery store, a bread store and pastries as well as a charming little bar, with a terrace overlooking the heated pool in season. The children will enjoy the playground including swing, slide, doorbell and small train. The adults will instead turn to the petanque land and the three barbecues.

Near the city Millau , the campsite is ideally placed and easy to access. In the vicinity, let yourself be tempted by a hike, a canoe walk , one climbing session or via ferrata . Everything is on site, in the heart of the Tarn Gorges. You are also recommended to visit Peyrelade Castle, an absolutely magical site.

6. The Calquières

It is in Aveyron that we found one of the best campsites in the Cevennes. It is located near the medieval city of Sévérac and occupies two good hectares in the heart of a preserved nature. Les Calquières is a 4-star hotel with heated and indoor pool, restaurant, snack and cosy accommodation. Mobile homes, lodges and bungalows are waiting for you: some have two or three bedrooms to accommodate your little world. 7. The Terrados
