It is impossible to pass next to this neighborhood that seems to have forgotten its modesty with the economic and financial boom that the oil economy has allowed. In the city centre, many are the buildings that beat a world record. The shopping center is the largest in the world, its shopping site has the most visited palm in the world. round Burj Khalifa – from where one can climb to 124th, 125th and 148th floors – is the highest tower in the world. The JW Marriott Marquis is the world's highest hotel.
There are many activities for family living: the Dubai souk, the aquarium and the submarine zoo, many fountains. Book accommodation in this area allows you to make luxury shopping and be next to everything without taking the car or public transport.

Further south, there are the major press bodies in Dubai. This neighborhood has another, more attractive specificity: trendy restaurants and parties. This is where locals and tourists enjoy Arab culinary specialties, such as Lebanese mezzé, grilled haymi, Moroccan tajine, shawwarma, oriental taboulé, houmous, etc. And remember: it is not because it is a Muslim country that you cannot drink alcohol. The law allows non-Muslim tourists to buy and consume alcohol in authorized places (home, hotels, restaurants, bars and cafes but not the street). Choose this area if you want to enjoy the markets and music festivals or even, climb to the 42nd floor of the Media One Hotel for a drink and admire a breathtaking view.
