Laura and Julien, the owners, invent every week a menu where each ingredient is smiled. Their suppliers? The breeders, growers, local growers. Thus, the kitchen is healthy, seasonal and greedy at once while remaining simple and mastery.
As with La Closerie, it is impossible to know the menu in advance. However, the very mild prices do not vary: 29€ or 36€ . Let’s still give some examples of à la carte dishes recently to put water to your mouth: chorizo brioché, omelette rolled with crab tarama, lompe eggs and poutargue, poultry pot, chocolate sabayon...
