For metro tickets, you must go directly to the metro station and choose between a ticket or a distributor. Depending on the areas where you need to move, it will cost you 1,50€ in Area A and will climb 3,90€ Area D. The ticket is valid 30 minutes .

Metrovalencia has 9 lines. All lines can be combined with each other and the bus. They circulate from 4h to 23h30 on weekdays and from 5h to 0h30 on weekends. The frequency varies according to the line, but count about 10 minutes of waiting between each metro.

In some stations, several lines share the same dock. So you have to look at the display before you get to your subway. Note that the blue line is probably the most convenient. It provides quick access to both the Congress Palace and the beaches.

Valencia has a full and regular network of urban buses (EMT) and peripheral buses (Metrobus). The buses in Valencia are red. The yellow buses go to the surrounding cities. Their service starts at 6:30 until 22:30 even if some lines start earlier. Night buses work for them 22:30 to 2:00 Morning.

The bus network complements the metro system. To reach the different beaches from the centre, you can take the bus no. 25 which circulates every 40 minutes.

To find out which line you need to borrow, you can consult the website or application of EMT. You will find a route planner with which you will be able to calculate your journey, check the path on the different lines and their schedules and even find points of interest.
