Transfer between Modlin Airport and Warsaw
Modlin Airport is a former military airport located about 36 km from the centre of Warsaw, used exclusively by low cost airlines. Getting to Warsaw from Modlin Airport is relatively simple because there are also many and daily connections.
Bus The Modlin Airport Bus is the easiest direct link between Modlin and Warsaw Central Station (Warszawa Centralna). The journey takes about 40 minutes and prices start from 9 PLN if you buy tickets online (i.e. the equivalent of 2 euros). The Modlin Airport Bus makes a stopover at Mlociny Metro Station, which is the last metro station. The Modlin Airport Bus Ends its race in the centre of Warsaw in Plac Defilad (Parade square), the parking lot in front of the culture palace on Ulica Marszalkowska, just 200 metres from the Centrum Metro Station and the Central Station. Train To reach Warsaw by train from Modlin, you must take the shuttle that connects the airport terminal to the Modlin train station, and then continue by train to Warsaw.
The link to the Modlin Airport shuttle at the train station lasts 15 minutes, while the train takes about 45 minutes to reach Warsaw with 10 intermediate stops before arriving at the Warsaw Central Station.
