Visit Dallas ? Immediately come two images in your mind: the TV series of the 1980s with the cruel JR and the ranch of the Ewing and all this oil but also the date of November 22, 1963, the day the American president JFK was murdered. But can we summarize the city of Dallas to that? Let’s see together the great places of interest to do in Dallas, this city that is constantly emancipating and growing over the decades.

With a height of 281 meters, it is the highest tower of all Dallas. It contains 72 floors and was inaugurated in the mid-1980s while the real estate market was booming. Since then, the economic and financial crisis has passed by and there is no other building of this magnitude that was launched in downtown Dallas.
2. Reunion Tower

It was one of the most emblematic towers in the city that was built in 1978. At the top of this tower there is a ball that contains a rotating bar-restaurant, the famous Five Sixty (this is a reference to tower height, 560 feet or 171 meters). The ball itself is surrounded by a metal mesh that contains almost 260 lamps, which helps to spot the tower in the middle of the night, wherever we are in Dallas. Go up to the top to enjoy a drink in this bar while admiring a surprising view.
3. Fair Park

This huge space includes several museums but also an aquarium, a music hall for opera and a fantastic 92,000-seater stadium called the Cotton Bowl which serves as much for American football matches as for large-scale concerts. The Fair Park is not a park like the others because it also welcomes the famous Texas Star Ferris Wheel which is a large wheel of 65 m high (of course the highest in all the United States) and the Dallas fair that hosts for 3 weeks almost 7 million visitors each year.
4. The Pioneer Plaza
