Specialties? The terrine of lentils with foie gras and its gingerbread, the diot (local sausage) braised to the fir branch... Or the potato donuts of the meme Fernande, whose recipe dates back to the end of the 19th century. Otherwise, the fondue with the four cheeses, offered at €25, will put everyone in agreement.
