Constitutional Capital Bolivia Since 1825, Sucre is another large city in Bolivia, one of the highest in the world: it is perched at 2,780 metres above sea level. Peated by 300,000 inhabitants (2011), it is the city where the Bolivian Supreme Court sits. Founded in the 16th century, Sucre has been listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1991, notably for the immaculate white and the incredible state of conservation of historic buildings in the city centre.

La Recoleta

Leaving on the heights south of the city allows to reach the area La Recoleta . In the south, the convent and eponymous museum, with its famous cloister, is a must in Sucre.
