How to rent a costume for the Carnival of Venice?

Conditions for renting a costume

You must know that almost 9 out of 10 costumes are original creations that have been made with patience, love of the costume and the Carnival, and have often required months of careful preparation.

You will have the choice between three color variations for your costume:

  • Yellow : period costumes inspired by the European fashion of the 18th and 19th centuries with high quality fabrics and pastures. Unique models, not serially produced.
  • Green Category : more elaborate period costumes inspired by the fashion of the European courses of the 18th and 19th centuries with precious fabrics and refined pasments. Unique models, not serially produced.
  • Red : period costumes, high-end, inspired by the fashion of the European aristocracy of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, with fabrics, embroidery and high-quality details. Exclusive models recently added to the workshop collection.

Once booked online, you can pick up your Venetian costume between 10am and 8pm during the carnival period. It is important to know that most accessories such as hats, masks or capes are not included in the rental. Once you have recovered your disguise, you will have until the next day 11am to return it to the workshop. Each costume must be reported in its original state.
