Unfortunately, summer holidays are only a distant memory . You are now at work rethinking all these good times spent on the beach during hot evenings, to unforgettable meals in places hidden outside the beaten paths and endless hours of farniente around the pool... But obviously, not everyone has the same holiday memories as you!
When they return on vacation, some travellers enjoy sending out claims to travel agencies. Thomas Cook received real complaints from unsatisfied customers, and these are completely hallucinating!

1. “I think it should be explained in the brochure that the local grocery store does not sell cakes like pastry creams or ginger nuts. »
