The Palau Islands and its waters
The Republic of Palau is the federated union of 16 states. It is located west of the Caroline Islands and consists of 340 islands and islets, the majority of which are uninhabited. The main sources of attraction of this peaceful ocean archipelago are lakes and sea waters. It is for this reason that the preservation of the natural environment, including the seabed, appears in the constitution of this tiny State. All types of river and marine sport activities are available on site.

At the Jellyfish Lake, the practice of snorkelling is essential. We swim peacefully in this salt lake with ten thousand jellyfish. These nonchalizing beasts are not able to hurt a fly because of the lack of predator for them in this lake for thousands of years.
Marine activities, quad rides and the overflight of the entire helico archipelago are highly recommended. To completely immerse yourself in the local atmosphere, enjoy taro rösti, seboseb or coconut milk rice pudding.
What season to visit Palau?
In Palau, tourists are always welcome, summer and winter. The average annual temperature is around 28°C. However, high precipitation limits access to most diving sites in April, July-August and October-November. However, the fares of the tour operators are at the lowest during this period.
