It is inside that one discovers a whole different atmosphere: a beautiful set and above all a shaded terrace with small fountain and statues. A real escape!

On the menu, there are not only pizzas and pancakes but a variety of dishes including some typical of the region: pork-based pouytrolle and ardecholic caillette, chiselle... There is an ardéchois menu at €26!

Nestled in a stone house, the restaurant has a beautiful terrace where you like to settle in the summer. Among the local specialties, you can discover the cove, a delicious cake of roasted potatoes that you eat nature or garnished with vegetables and/or meat. It can be a complete meal, prices ranging from 8 to 17€ depending on the filling.

Other dishes, including salads, vary between 12,50 and 18€. As for menus, the classic menu at 16€ and the menu for hungry is at 26€!

3. Restaurant l’Auberge du Vieux Lanas

If you can’t eat in Balazuc because you’re exploring the region, it’s possible to get back to the charming village next to Lanas. Within it is a hotel, the Auberge du Vieux Lanas , a beautiful stone building with a shaded terrace.

The hotel’s restaurant is renowned and offers many local specialties that are less found in Balazuc as the Ardèche trout. 4. Restaurant Le Buron

With its beautiful stone facade near the Ardèche River, Le Buron is an ideal place to eat in Balazuc. The kitchen is a blend of Ardecholic traditions and more classic dishes like pizza or burgers.
