1. The Parata Tower (Sanguinary islands)

The northern entry point of the Great Gulf of Ajaccio, the Sanguinary Islands owe their name to the color coated by the rock when the sun goes down.
Some legends are born there, scaring the sailors of the past centuries. The archipelago visits by boat but what we are interested in is the point accessible by foot. The time of a walk, which all ages can perfectly perform, make the tour of the tip.
The trail is marked and an observation point has been installed at the foot of the Tour Gรฉnoise de la Parata. This tower, you can also approach it, climbing a small crude path during a hiking .

Adored by tourists and locals, it is therefore the ideal place for walks around Ajaccio. And for cause, since its summit, the Gozzi offers a panoramic view of Ajaccio, the Mediterranean, and the Corsican mountain.

9. Tolla

11. Bastelica

From this natural promontory, observe the sea and the mountains to the Sanguinary Islands to the south. However, don't miss Capo Rosso, north of Cargesis, where you can contemplate the colors of Corsica!
13. Tiuccia

Tiuccia is a seaside village that we unfortunately go through more than we visit. Yet there are pretty things to see in the vicinity.
For example, the tip of Capigliolo and the Genoese tower, overlooking the Gulf of Liscia and the other, the whole beach of Liamone. This beach is also known for its wind, and its waves frequently high. They are safe, simply remarkable enough to be even notified in the Mediterranean.
Tiuccia is one of the walks around Ajaccio not to neglect, for the beauty of its sunsets and for the walks to take a little height.
14. The Chiavari Forest

It is possible to walk through the forest as a bike, but pay attention to other hikers! In the south of the forest, do not miss the Mare ร Sole Beach, also very famous for its crystal clear waters.
