Elefthérios-Venizélos Airport: Shuttle Transfer

As soon as you arrive at the airport, go between outputs 4 and 5 the arrival terminal to access the shuttles. These blue and yellow buses, operating 24 hours a day every day of the year, connect to the city centre in a little less than an hour.

A third alternative, not the least interesting solution! Once you get off your plane, get out of the way door 3 then walk about ten minutes towards the Sofitel hotel to a subway station corresponding to the line 3 (blue). It serves, in less than an hour, stations Syntagma and Monastiraki . This is a good solution for your transfer between the airport and the city centre of Athens!
Departures range from 6:30 to 11:30 , all 30 minutes . It will cost you 10€ going simple or 18€ for a return trip (note that in the latter case the return must be made within 48 hours).
Note : children under the age of 6 can still use this means of transport for free!

Except for peak hours, transfer between the airport and the city centre of Athens by taxi is the fastest and most convenient option. A taxi station welcomes you just outside the arrival terminal. As a general rule, they make it possible to reach the city center of Athens in less than 30 minutes .
