2. The church of Sainte-Catherine or Sint-Catharinakerk

This neo-Gothic church was built in 1867. One can admire the twin towers of Gothic inspiration 73 meters high having been baptized David and Marie. Do not forget the interior of the building, its two organs and its windows. A first monument was erected in the 13th century in honour of St. Catherine, but it was repeatedly damaged by bombardments and fires.
