The course of the activity

The information to know

The starting hours of each course depend on Weather and wind. Each day, your instructor will contact you to inform you of the start of the course.

The activity includes all the kitesurf equipment needed. You'll simply have to anticipate your swimsuit , as well as your towel , your water and yours possible meals .

Participants under the age of 18 must obtain written parental permission or be accompanied by their parents. Activity is available 12 years .

Course participants must know how to swim and having one physical condition .

The course of the activity

The activity starts at the premises of Azul Kiteboarding at the following address: Paseo Nuestra Señora Mercedes de Roja, 26, 38612 El Médano, Santa Cruz de Tenerife . You will then go to the beach for each course. There are 3 and they spread out over 3 days. The courses last 2 - 3 hours On average.

  • Surfing is not recommended for children under 6 years. For kitesurfing, it is advisable to consider a first session at the age of 10 years. The minimum age may vary according to agencies and spots;
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult or to present written parental authorization ;
  • As the equipment is provided, you only have to equip yourself with swimsuit and one towel to enjoy a maximum of your surf and/or kitesurf session;
  • It is not necessary to have a medical certificate but these sporting activities ask to be in physical formespecially for kitesurfing;
  • Finally, be aware that the practice of these water sports depends on wind and weather conditions.
