The Grand Canyon is a national park in Arizona. Every year, 4 million people visit this beautiful heritage.
The history of the Grand Canyon dates back to 1.7 billion years. It was at that time that this territory changed: this mountain range was created from the strong pressures of the land and the heat of the magma. After years and years of erosion, the rocks took on history and majestic reliefs that make the pride of the United States.
This place is not only known for its panoramic view and landscapes. It is also a place that accumulates a rich ecosystem: 355 bird species, 89 mammals, 47 reptiles, 9 amphibians, 17 fish, and thousands of invertebrate species are identified. Founded in 1919, the National Park covered a protected area of 4927 km.

Every year, more than 4 million visitors visit the Grand Canyon to admire the natural site. It is possible to practice hiking in this setting, however you have to be very careful when walking around this territory. The peculiarity of this place, unlike the mountains, is that to access it you must first descend and then go up. It is therefore very easy to walk to the go, while the return by climbing can be difficult, especially if you have already drawn all your energy in the journey of departure. Hazardous panels are therefore arranged everywhere to remind you that one must be vigilant in nature.
