There is also a blue area around the Fort Moselle, allowed for the inhabitants of this neighborhood but also for those who want to park for free. Parking is allowed for a maximum duration indicated on the entrance panels of this area, Monday to Saturday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm. A European disc must be placed in the back, with the arrival time clearly legible.

With its 580 seats available, this car park is quickly taken by the Messins but also by tourists as it is ideally located, only 15 minutes walk from the pedestrian area. During the summer, another smart device was set up by the city: 500 parking spaces at smart prices: 2€ per half day – from 9am to 2pm or from 2pm to 7pm – or 4€ per day, from 9am to 7pm.
