An unusual city

Teotihuacán is an Aztec city that is at the scale of the deities it evokes, namely the Sun and the Moon. According to the Aztecs, only the gods or giants were able to erect such cities and such monumental constructions and that is why Teotihuacán became the city “where the gods were born” or “where one becomes a god by dying”.

Older than 2000 years, the city of Teotihuacán is a magnificent jewel of the Meso-American culture with open sky.

The two pyramids

The Teotihuacán pyramids are impressive by their majesty, their imposing dimensions and their incredible state of conservation. There are two incredible pyramids that make Teotihuacán famous around the world: the pyramid of the Sun and that of the Moon.

The pyramid of the Sun is probably the largest in America, it is 215 meters away and rises up to 75 meters high. The pyramid of the Moon, as opposed to that of the Sun, is smaller than the last construction but is strangely at the same height as that of the Sun thanks to a denial of about thirty meters.

A sensational experience in the air and on earth

To experience this experience in an entirely new way, leave the ground floor and fly into a hot air balloon to admire this exceptional site. As soon as the sun rises, you can contemplate the pyramids. Their beauty and the silence of this flight will leave you a compelling memory.

The flight lasts about 1 hour and the itinerary is never the same as it depends on the winds. An incredible adventure to have a panoramic view of one of the most beautiful archaeological sites in the world. Embrace the landscapes of Teotihuacán and experience an experience that you are not ready to forget.

Note that a vehicle follows you to the ground to bring you back to your starting point where you will be welcomed with a small glass of wine. When booking, you will be able to choose an option, i.e. the flight of Pyramids + a free ground visit: you will make a balloon ride above the Pyramids of Teotihuacan and then enjoy a free visit to the site of Teotihuacan.
