The Trdelnik is one of Prague’s culinary specialties. Originally from the city of Skalica in Slovakia and imported into Prague by the Slovak community, the Trdelnik consists of a bunny dough wrapped around a wooden cylinder, then grilled with braise and covered with sugar and peeled hazelnuts. This gives it its characteristic cylindrical shape: golden outside, pale inside!

The left-hand side offers (summer) various perfumes of artisanal ice to add in your Trdelnik: they are much better than the industrial ice proposed in other pastry shops.
